6. Shipping Policy
- Processing and Delivery Times: Henna cones are freshly prepared and may take 1-2 days for preparation. Delivery timelines:
- Tamil Nadu: 1-2 business days.
- South Indian states: 2-3 business days.
- North Indian states: 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Restrictions: Shipping is primarily within Tamil Nadu for perishable items (henna cones). Orders to other states are at the customer’s risk.
- Address and Contact Information: Customers must provide accurate address and contact details at checkout. Delivery failures due to incorrect information will require customers to bear the costs of return and re-shipping.
- Shipping Costs: Costs depend on the weight and volumetric measurements of the shipment.
- No Responsibility for Transit Damages: Amal Henna is not responsible for minor transit damages despite safe packaging.
7. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
- No Returns for Used Products: Once opened or used, products cannot be returned.
- Damaged Products: For damaged products, a proper unboxing video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Videos should be unedited and show the package in a 360-degree view. Upon review, refunds or replacements will be processed.
- Return Process:
- Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product.
- Submit an unboxing video as proof.
- The product must be unused and returned in safe packaging.
- Customers bear the shipping costs for returns.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

- Refunds and Replacements:
- Refunds will cover product value only, not shipping charges.
- Refunds are subject to approval and will be processed within 3 working days after the approval.
- Replacements will be sent with free shipping.
- Exchanges: Customers may request exchanges for other products. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- No Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
